Onboarding

Getting started with ProMarshal takes a few minutes. Here is what you need before you begin:
  • A Slack workspace (any plan)
  • A Jira Cloud account
  • A ProMarshal account — sign up here

Create your account

Go to promarshal-ui.onrender.com and sign up with Google or your work email.

Create a project

After signing in, you will be prompted to create your first project. Give it a name and set your timezone. The timezone controls when daily check-ins are sent — agents fire at 09:00 in the timezone you set.

Invite your team

Go to Control Panel → Manage Team and invite members by email. Each member receives an invitation link. Once they accept, they are marked as active and will start receiving agent messages. Agents only send messages to members with active status. Pending invites do not receive messages.
