Project settings in ProMarshal are managed from the Control Panel inside your project.

Timezone

Sets the timezone for all agent activity in your project. Agents fire at 09:00 in this timezone every day. If not set, the timezone defaults to UTC.

Only active members receive Cadence Agent check-ins, Polling Agent messages, and Action Agent digests.

Reminder configuration

You can enable or disable the daily check-in from the Control Panel. When disabled, the Cadence Agent will not send messages to team members.

Integrations

Slack and Jira connections can be managed from the Control Panel. If a connection needs to be refreshed or reconnected, you will see a status indicator next to the integration. ProMarshal automatically refreshes Jira tokens before they expire. If a reconnect is required, you will be prompted.
